Victory Sports Update:
The Only Sports Talk Radio Program for the NAIA

Format

DAILY RADIO: The Victory Sports Network's NAIA Minute" is a ninety second radio program that tells the daily news of the NAIA. Complete with interviews from coaches, administrators and athletes of the NAIA, "VSN Update" is the national news for the NAIA. Click here to listen and see the DAILY programing.

WEEKEND PROGRAMMING: Each Saturday, VSN produces a thirty minute program which promotes the biggest events in small college sports that weekend as well as a review of the previous weeks news. The main focus is to interview coaches and athletes from across the country. "Victory Sports Saturday" is known as the national talk show for all of the NAIA. ABOUT THE SHOWS: Thousands of people tune in each day to hear the latest on the very best NAIA programs. While focusing first of coaches of the NAIA, "Victory Sports Update" has been know to bring in professional athletes, motivational speakers, and other guests associated with the NAIA.

The daily program is :90 in length and the show comes as a total package. National commercials will be dropped into the show as live reads or liners.

"The Victory Sports Update"is produced each morning in the studio's of VSN and the show will air on the flagship 1430AM KRGI, Monday through Friday.

Distribution of the show will be via FTP download for radio stations across North America.

The program will be uploaded to the VSN web server each day, before 1:00PM. At that time, VSN will distribute an email to all affiliates notifying them that the program is available for download.

Stations can then download the program directly onto their server for playback. The program will be self contained with local breaks available. Imaging and liners for stations can be provided via email free of charge.

Host
Jason Dannelly
Jason Dannelly, owner of Dannelly Media "The National Promoters of NAIA Athletics", will anchor the program. Dannelly, a '02 Communications graduate of Dana College, has spent many years in radio and other sports related fields. He began his career as a public speaker by working a mobile disc-jockey job at age 14. By age 16 Dannelly, was working in Columbus, Nebraska as an on-air host at KLIR/KJSK. At age 19, Dannelly broke into the sports announcing business in a major way, by becoming the play-by-play voice of Midland Lutheran Women's basketball for 1340AM KHUB in Fremont, Nebraska along with other duties as a high school sports announcer for some of the area schools.

After two season's at KHUB, Dannelly advanced to morning show and sports director duties for KISP/KBLR in Blair, Nebraska all while in college and playing football for the Dana Vikings. Upon injury his junior football season, Dannelly jumped full time into the sports radio business by becoming the play by play voice of all Dana College sporting events on KBLR. At that time Dannelly began producing a weekday regional sports talk show, aptly name "The Sports Page". Dannelly graduated from Dana in 3 1/2 years and continued to work in the media. "The Sports Page" ran seven months with the program adding to Dannelly's experience along with countless broadcasts of sporting events, Dannelly uprooted to Grand Island, NE to begin work as an account executive and sports announcer. Seeing a need for NAIA coverage when he was associated with Dana College, Dannelly began work on NAIAFOOTBALL.NET in the summer of '02. Since then, Dannelly has added three more web sites, a national football magazine (NAIA Preview), a 90 second weekly radio program, a weekly interview feature (UP Close), and many other features that add to the promotion of NAIA Athletics. Dannelly also hosted a morning show in the Tri-Cities called "The JD Show" on KKJK "Thunder 103.1" before resigning his position to focus on VSN.

Delivery Method
VSN's radio programs are produced each morning in the studio's of GI Family Radio's. The program will be uploaded to the Victory Sports Network server each day, before 1:00PM. At that time, VSN will distribute an email to all affiliates notifying them that the program is available for download. Stations can then download the program directly into their server for playback. Email delivery is available.
Station Requirements
Stations will be required to play the 5 days a week at a set time. Any missed programs due to special programming can be made up at the discretion of each radio station.
